ファイルのプロパティー取得方法

Cells(i, 5).Value = .BuiltinDocumentProperties("Subject").Value

Cells(i, 6).Value = .BuiltinDocumentProperties("Author").Value

でプロパティー取得ができることがわかったのですが、
fileネーム(tempfilename)をdir関数で取得しておいて、
With tempfilename
' タイトル
Cells(i, 4).Value = .BuiltinDocumentProperties("Title").Value
End With
とか
Cells(i, 4).Value = tempfilename.BuiltinDocumentProperties("Title").Value
という具合にはできないのでしょうか？
